Schedule Day shift, 5 days a week from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Job Description The Physical Therapist will provide exceptional care to patients in a home health setting. The role includes developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting patient evaluations, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments and evaluations of patients' physical abilities. Create and implement individualized treatment plans. Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with established guidelines. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureGraduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the APTA). Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience, home health or facility preferred. Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy Licensure. Current CPR certification. Why ARMStaffing?
