Kitchen Team Member - Morning/Day

Our restaurant is located just west of the airport and across from North Star Mall. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who find joy in serving others. No experience is necessary. We will teach you everything you need to know to share in our success! As our restaurant grows there will be many opportunities for you to grow as well. Ideal candidates will have: Full time or Part-Time Availability – to serve and meet the needs of our guests when they need us the most. We ask that you are able to work at least 6 hours per shift. Candidates should be available to work at least 3 days per week. Saturday availability is a must. Determination and Drive – to make our guest’s day and give them the experience that they have come to expect from the Chick-fil-A brand. What We Value in Team Members Show up consistently and are prepared Take ownership of their role during a shift Communicate well with guests, teammates, and leaders Are willing to learn , improve, and accept feedback Care about doing things the right way , even when it’s busy What you'll do (responsibilities) Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep Stock kitchen inventory as needed Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned What we're looking for (qualifications) Consistent, reliable, and punctual Positive, cheerful, and servant hearted attitude Passion for helping and serving others Coachable and eager to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Works well independently and in a team setting Flexible to work various shifts Physically able to stand for long periods and lift/carry items up to 50lbs on a regular basis Working at Chick-fil-A Pavilions North is more than just a job – it’s a stepping stone to a successful future in the world of business and life.
