Role Description The Part-time Sales Associate role at UNTUCKit is an on-site position based in Kansas City, MO. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their style preferences and fit needs, and providing knowledgeable product recommendations across the brand's apparel and accessories. The Sales Associate will assist with fitting room support, maintain visual merchandising standards, process transactions accurately, and help keep the store clean and organized. This role also involves meeting individual and store sales goals, supporting inventory and stock room tasks, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage shoppers and build rapport. Basic sales, retail, and point-of-sale (POS) skills, including handling transactions and meeting sales targets. Attention to detail in merchandising, store presentation, and inventory handling. Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work flexible part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail or fashion/apparel experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn product knowledge and fit guidance is essential.
