• Complete daily work orders for repairs and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain property cleanliness and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with residents and property staff

• Basic hand & power tools
• Work order management experience
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• General knowledge of apartment maintenance practices
