You’ll have the flexibility to express your caseload preference, working across one to two school sites with an average caseload of 50 students.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington SLP license and ESA certification required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
• Previous experience within school settings is appreciated, though not mandatory
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Adaptable and compassionate approach to working with diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility reports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Document progress and maintain up-to-date records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Travel between one to two nearby school sites as needed
