This individual must be able to provide Day and Night schedule, and coverage on rotating weekends and holidays.White 8 is a 27-bed adult general medicine inpatient unit, located in Boston, MA. The unit serves patients from culturally diverse backgrounds and geographic areas that present with acute and complex medical problems. Also assists with taking patients' temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.Does this position require Patient Care?YesEssential Functions-Performs patient care-related duties and clinical functions as assigned, including, but not limited to, performing and documenting point of care, vital signs, EKGs, bathing and other sanitary needs of patients, transferring and assisting with ambulation of patients, 1:1 patient observation for safety purposes, and phlebotomy.
