The small animal clinic has been operating in the Tucson area since the early 90s and is a pillar of the community, having grown a sizable, loyal client base in the area. The clinic is exceedingly busy and calls for another talented Veterinarian to join their team and profit from their success. A varied caseload is what you will see when you step foot in the hospital, seeing a variety of small animals, including cats, dogs, and ferrets! Due to their current DVMs vast experience, the clinic is able to offer a wide range of services, including more advanced surgical procedures with a large emphasis on preventative care. Key Highlights: You will be joining a highly experienced yet friendly and welcoming team with an already well-established client base Currently only open Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings so you will have limited weekend hours in your schedule offering a great work/life balance The clinic can be flexible in it’s schedule to accommodate individual commitments outside of work Exceptional long-term earning potential with an industry-leading pro/sal Future growth plans are in place for the clinic for you to capitalize on The clinic already offers a diverse caseload however they are happy to market other services depending on your clinical interests and provide you with the correct support in order for you to develop in your chosen area of focus This company is passionate about ensuring their team feel heard and appreciated which is why they invest heavily into the team and focus on work, creating a fun yet professional environment The beautiful stand-alone clinic has a great reputation in the local community with a large, loyal client base About you: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent You must hold an Arizona State Veterinary Board license in good standing You will ideally enjoy educating clients, being diagnostic, and be passionate about doing the right thing by clients and their pets To encourage a fun, supportive, and collaborative workplace Ideally, you will have at least 1 years’ experience as a DVM but the practice do have excellent mentors in place for new graduate candidates A very impressive Production and Salary Package – 22% paid quarterly in a busy practice where you have the potential to earn a very impressive sum No negative accrual or unnecessary pressure to hit targets Sign on and Retention Bonuses up to an additional $50,000!
