National Youth Advocate Program
National Youth Advocate Program seeks an in-home advocate to partner with youth and families, delivering supportive services, transportation, parenting education, counseling, and resource referrals. You will collaborate with foster parents and community partners to help youth live safely and succeed in the community. Responsibilities include traveling to engagements, documenting work, coordinating across mental health, medical, educational, and social supports, and participating in CQI #J-18808-Ljbffr National Youth Advocate Program
