Job Summary Our client is seeking a Pharmacy Care Coordinator responsible for managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls to support medication adherence, prescription refills, provider follow-ups, and member outreach in a fast-paced call center environment. Key Responsibilities Manages high-volume inbound and outbound calls to support medication adherence, prescription refills, provider follow-ups, and member outreach in a fast-paced call center environment. Strong multitasking skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems, and delivering accurate information to members, providers, and clinical staff. Reviewing prescription claim documentation, handling escalated inquiries across various communication channels, translating prescriber notes, and supporting Medicare drug-related issues. Provides administrative support and participates in quality improvement initiatives. Strong customer service, professionalism, organizational skills, and strict adherence to HIPAA and compliance policies are essential. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Experience working for a healthcare organization or pharmacy. Preferred: Texas Registered Pharmacy Technician. Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Experience in call centers handling about 70 calls a day. Strong customer service and organizational skills.
