Overview As the Store Manager for Pandora, you will immerse yourself in the brand, culture, and products, leading the sales floor, driving sales, and coaching a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability and providing real‑time feedback to achieve KPI goals. Build loyal fans through authentic engagement and lasting connections beyond transactions. Recruit, hire, and develop talent for Assistant Store Manager, Sales Associate, and Sales Lead positions. Partner with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations. Implement visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development. Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care. Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all organizational levels. Business acumen and analytical thinking that delivers positive results. Talent magnet: skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, including succession planning and internal mobility. Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Minimum age 18; able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule: nights, weekends, holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary: $68,000 – $85,000 commensurate with experience. Base salary plus bonus potential. 401(k) plan.
