Litigation Paralegal

Litigation ParalegalGordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal in its Albuquerque, NM office. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience working as a litigation-focused paralegal.Qualifications:Experience in litigation support and case management.Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and manage multiple cases, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Experience drafting and organizing discovery – both written discovery and document production.Experience preparing for and assisting at trial.Familiarity with New Mexico State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedures.Excellent analytical and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail, organizational, and technical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Key Responsibilities:Communicate professionally, productively, and efficiently with clients, contacts, attorneys, other paralegals, and all other professional staff.Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, reviewing medical records and preparing medical chronologies, and supporting preparations for hearings, depositions, and mediations.Review, gather, and organize client documents from production to discovery.Research, organize, and summarize records as needed to assist in data gathering, including organizing information and documents in databases.Assist in trial preparation, including drafting pre-trial pleadings, preparing exhibits, and live trial support.Other duties as assigned.We offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Disability, Parental Leave & Life Insurance.For consideration, please submit a cover letter and resume.Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is an equal opportunity employer.No recruiter emails or telephone calls.Disclaimer: Reposting positions from this website does not authorize search firms or other third parties to directly solicit candidates on the firm's behalf or represent a relationship with the firm.
