Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, mental health challenges, and treatment goals.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans based on evidence-informed practices tailored to individual client needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, enabling clients to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe space.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services to enhance accessibility for clients facing logistical challenges, ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will span diverse demographics, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• Active and valid state licensure as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive therapeutic relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Empathetic and compassionate attitude toward clients, combined with a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, allowing for effective caseload handling and session coordination.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly within a private practice or outpatient setting. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities will be advantageous as we continue to expand our remote offerings. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
