Registered Nurse - Night On Call - Community Hospice

Position Summary Full‑time On Call Visit RN works closely with the triage nurse team to support clients in the home setting from 5 pm to 8 am. The first five hours involve intentional work such as admissions; the remainder of the shift you remain available for any urgent calls. RN II and RN III nurses are considered for this position. Minimum Requirements Associate’s degree in nursing or higher. Minimum of four years of experience as a Community Hospice Nurse or five years in home‑health nursing. Live within reasonable driving distance of the service area (Chittenden and Grand Isle counties) to make on‑site visits. Certification in hospice and palliative care preferred. Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont. Compensation & Benefits Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 for external applicants. Evening and night differentials ranging from $2 to $5.20.
