Job Description

We are seeking motivated team members to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining BBQ experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail

Assistant / Pit Master:

This coveted position in our Dickey’s restaurants ensures our signature Dickey’s Barbecue is top-notch. The Pit Master is the only one certified in the restaurant to prep and smoke those Delicious Dickey’s meats.
Taking pride in what we serve every day is the Dickey’s way and we couldn’t do it without our Pit Masters.
