Master's Level Mobile Outpatient Therapist Role - Make a Lasting Impact! Type: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR 1099 Location: Wilmington, DE 19810 Education: Master's Degree Partner with us as an Outpatient Therapist! Are you passionate about supporting youth in overcoming challenges and building resilience? At Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, we provide vital outpatient mental health services directly in the home and community. Our goal is to help youth address behavioral and relational issues, as well as mood concerns like depression and anxiety, by empowering them to find solutions and access resources. Summary of Opportunity: Formulate psychosocial assessments. Develop collaborative treatment plans. Provide individual and family therapy based on clinical need. Provide crisis intervention and planning. Coordinate Outpatient Therapy Services with DPBHS and other agencies and supports involved with the youth and family. Requirements: Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or other human service field. License Eligible/Pursuing Licensure or Licensure in the State of Delaware as: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Psychologist, preferred. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, free from major violations, is required. Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal Background, Drug Test Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Maintain professional boundaries and behavior, as specified by their professional Code of Ethics/Conduct, during interactions with all staff and clients. Advantages: Payments processed weekly.
