Our client in Manhattan is Seeking an experienced and polished professional for Client Billing.

The ideal candidate should have a proactive mindset and desire to be a dependable, long term contributor as a Billing Associate. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, deliverable accuracy, and robust organizational capabilities. A positive attitude and team spirited mindset is imperative, operating under strict deadlines and in collaboration with the greater Finance and Corporate functions.

Position Details/Responsibilities: - Responsible for generating and distributing invoices for Evercore’s North American broker dealers - Constant communication with investment banking deal teams, ranging from junior analysts to the most senior bankers in the firm, Senior Managing Partners - Detailed review of engagement agreements, specifically surrounding required billing actions - Create and manage retainer invoice schedules across various billing periods. Populate billable expense reports, providing support with inquiries and modifications - Support the Advisory Controllers team with monthly, quarterly and yearly closing processes - Assist Compliance teams with updating the statuses of project codes in our Deal Management System (DMS) - Maintain organized documentation for revenue recognition requirements and historical client billing records - Facilitate collaborative efforts with Accounts Payable and Cash Management teams to aid Client Invoicing - Provide resolution of internal and external client billing inquiries in a timely manner - Interact with Finance IT team with testing and problem solving for billing process improvements
