Everdry Waterproofing is looking for hardworking people to hang flyers and set free estimates. We have many bonuses and incentives that make this job worth your while. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Canvassers! In this role, you will engage with the community through door-to-door outreach, schedule free foundation inspections and gathering valuable feedback. You will be a key player in promoting our brand and driving sales through effective communication and canvassing techniques. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and have strong communication skills.

As a Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in our home grown leads department and marketing efforts while representing our organization positively. Your core skills in canvassing and communication will be essential in engaging with potential customers and conveying our marketing message. Your relevant skills in negotiation and sales will further enhance your ability to set free basement inspections.

This is a FULL TIME, YEAR-ROUND, 40-hour-per-week job, with health care and 401k benefits. There are opportunities for advancement to management for the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with community members.
• Negotiate time commitments from individuals regarding scheduling free foundation inspection appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing questions or concerns from the public.
• Document interactions and report back on community feedback and engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve effectiveness.

Previous experience in canvassing, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance outreach efforts. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Negotiation skills valued.

Make $50K+ your first year.
