Overview Director of Services $160,000 - $200,000 Including Generous Bonus, 401k, Insurance Rocky Hill, CT (Commutable from Hartford, Glastonbury, Bristol, Middletown) Excellent opportunity for an experienced division leader or sales manager in the construction industry, who has a background in service and automation for HVAC, Mechanical or Plumbing, to take on a Director level role with in an industry leading mechanical contractor in the US. Your responsibilities will be to manage and grow client orders, growing the sales and service side of the location, managing the P&L and improve performance metrics by leading continuous improvement and implementing new systems.
