Assistant Project Manager

STS CONSTRUCTION
Are you a highly motivated person that wants to make a difference in a growing company? STS is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to assist the General Manager of our location in Los Angeles.
Our company specializes in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties. Projects range from new construction, tenant improvement projects, various types of remodel projects, emergency services, small repairs and restoration for a multitude of properties in the Los Angeles area. We are committed to craftsmanship and having a team/family-oriented environment!Responsibilities:
- Assisting the General Manager with managing projects in process.
- Assisting the General Manager with updating allowance and budget spreadsheets.
- Meeting subcontractors for site walks and scope reviews
- Assisting the General Manager with various administrative tasks
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in working in construction or previous project management experience
- Basic computer skills (Email, spreadsheets, etc)
- Familiarity with construction management software and Office 365 is a plus
- Valid driver's license

Job Site Locations: The Greater Los Angeles area
Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
- End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
