Responsibilities:
Plan, provide, and coordinate all aspects of direct patient care, ensuring adherence to clinic and departmental policies and procedures.
Maintain the highest standards of quality care in a safe environment, working collaboratively with other patient team personnel.
Assume responsibility for the delivery of physical therapy services provided under the direction of the Physical Therapist, utilizing independent judgment.

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
