Role Description This full-time, on-site Marketing Assistant/Content Creator role is based in Grand Haven, MI. The role involves supporting the team’s marketing efforts by creating engaging written and visual content for property listings, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and the website. Daily tasks may include drafting listing descriptions, scheduling and posting social media content, assisting with event promotion, and coordinating photography and video assets. The Marketing Assistant/Content Creator will help maintain brand consistency, track basic marketing metrics, and collaborate with agents and leadership to support new listings, open houses, and community outreach. The role also includes general marketing administration such as updating marketing calendars, organizing digital assets, and communicating with vendors and partners as needed.
Qualifications
- Content development skills, including writing and editing for marketing materials, social media, and property listings.
- Digital and social media marketing capabilities, such as managing posts, basic analytics, and brand-consistent messaging across platforms.
- Visual content familiarity, including coordinating photography and video, and using basic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) for flyers and online content.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate marketing calendars.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with agents, team members and clients.
- Comfort with common office and marketing software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM or real estate platforms is a plus).
- Interest in real estate and local market trends; prior real estate, marketing, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
- High level of reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
