Accounts Payable Manager

The Accounts Payable Manager will lead a high-performing AP team while driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and service excellence across the organization. Responsibilities Lead, develop, and mentor the Accounts Payable team Oversee the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee expense reimbursements, check requests, and payment execution activities. Manage AP operations to ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Monitor AP aging, payment cycles, and vendor relationships while resolving escalated payment issues and exceptions. Support month-end and year-end close activities through account reconciliations, reporting, and documentation management. Oversee annual 1099 reporting and related compliance requirements. Drive process improvement, automation, and system optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability. Develop and monitor KPIs and service-level metrics to measure team performance and operational effectiveness. Partner with business leaders, vendors, and banking partners to support organizational objectives and operational needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable operations, vendor payment administration, and internal controls. Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and performance metrics Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with ERP systems and AP automation platforms strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
