Advanced Practice Provider

Expected pay for this position is $55.20 - $63.65 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a salaried position. Responsibilities Join an established Primary Care practice Perform patient assessment and assign diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific and current research. Establish plan of care and implement interventions in accordance with care paths, protocols, standards of care and current research. Provide education and counseling to patients, families and groups.
