About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing with a strong background in the video game industry to lead the strategic development and execution of global marketing plans for its portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial success of the entire portfolio, acting as the primary guardian for iconic partner brands, and ensuring that every campaign maximizes market reach while respecting the legacy of the IP. This role requires a leader who can bridge the gap between development and players, and who is adept at leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver cohesive, buzz-worthy launches. The Head of Marketing will also be expected to leverage deep analytics to optimize user acquisition spend, track multi-channel KPIs, and refine player sentiment strategies. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' of marketing and PR experience specifically within the video game industry, with at least 5 years' in a marketing leadership role managing high-performing teams. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in launching successful titles across console, PC, and mobile platforms, and deep experience in working with licensed IPs and managing external brand partners. Expertise in the full marketing mix, including GTM strategy, performance marketing, PR, and community engagement, is essential. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, with a focus on growth, and will work closely with executive leadership to identify market trends and shape the company's long-term publishing roadmap.
