Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm

Looking for Escrow Assistant jobs in San Diego where great communication makes a real difference? This opportunity lets you assist customers, solve problems, and build positive relationships while helping deliver outstanding service every day.

Job Duties

Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, reading title commitments, and taking necessary steps to clear title
Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

1-3 + years of escrow -related support or real state administrative experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.
Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred.
Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.
Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Escrow Assistant.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
