Embark on a rewarding school-based contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting students in grades K–8. Work within a collaborative and inclusive educational environment where your expertise will make a genuine impact. Starting in late August and continuing through late May, you’ll focus on helping children with mild to moderate disabilities across four buildings on a single campus, managing a caseload of about 30–40 students.

What We’re Seeking:

• Valid North Carolina SLP license and NPI number (Medicaid required)
• Credentials in SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY are welcome, with experience in pediatric, school, or clinical SLP settings
• Ability to provide speech services for students with a variety of mild to moderate disabilities
• Strong commitment to collaborative, student-centered service delivery
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with families and faculty

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full spectrum of speech and language services, including assessment, IEP planning, and intervention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance with district and Medicaid requirements
• Work closely with general and special education teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise for student accommodation and goal-setting
• Engage students using evidence-based practices and creative solutions to achieve meaningful progress
