GardaWorld Security Services Security Shift Supervisor – Corporate Client Location San Diego, CA Benefits Full‑time day shift, Tuesday‑Saturday 6:00 am–2:30 pm Competitive hourly wage of $26.52/hr (DailyPay available) Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, disability, and life insurance Uniform provided at no cost Career growth opportunities within GardaWorld Responsibilities Supervise day‑to‑day security operations: training new officers, conducting post checks, and scheduling to maintain zero dark posts. Customer‑service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors. Manage access control and secure site operations. Lead shift officers, ensuring high‑standard service and representing GardaWorld. Respond to operational emergencies, ensuring timely response, communication, and accurate reporting. Maintain operational logs, records, and post orders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client and staff. Enforce safety culture, maintain zero safety incidents, and supervise corrective action and discipline. Perform regular patrols to identify risks and ensure equipment is inspected and maintained. Provide incident response, first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams. Answer questions in person or by phone, write incident reports, and communicate security concerns. Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property. Qualifications State security license and 32‑hour BSIS security training (additional training provided during hiring). Authorized to work in the United States. High‑school diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of security supervisor experience. Exceptional customer‑service skills. Basic phone and computer proficiency. Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience considered an asset.
