Healthcare Transactional Attorney Associate

I am working with a V10 firm's ranked Healthcare and FDA group on an unposted need in the DC office. This group represents clients in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters, including those involving the FDA. Clients include pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, healthcare and technology companies, hospitals, and other providers. The group advises in connection with regulatory and compliance needs as well as M&A and capital-raising transactions. The ideal candidate will have: 2-4 years (class of 2022-2024 JDs) with regulatory and transactional experience in healthcare/FDA related matters, preferably from another large firm or high-end boutique Candidates must have some transactional experience (i.e. transactional experience without regulatory experience can be considered, but regulatory experience with no transactional experience likely will not) Excellent academic credentials (highly ranked law school, good grades) This is an opportunity to join a firm with an elite corporate practice, and work with top clients on some of the biggest and most newsworthy deals in existence. With a reasonably small DC office, the group is able to operate as a cohesive, collaborative unit and the partners emphasize mentorship and associates getting highly substantive work (associates often "work above their level" and have the opportunity to run deals by mid-level).
