Specialist, Quality Document Control

Position Summary The Specialist, Quality Document Control will support the management and control of documentation at Rocket, including within the ZenQMS electronic quality system. The role manages all paper-based documents and records and is the primary owner of the document control storage room for paper records/logbooks, batch records, etc. Responsibilities Manage documents within the ZenQMS electronic quality system. Issue and archive paper-based documents and records, including batch records, logbooks, and controlled forms. Oversee and manage the on-site physical document storage room. Support functional groups in managing their documents. Support the ZenQMS team in managing documents within the system. Qualifications Associate’s Degree in a science-related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in a document control or document management role. Experience with electronic document management systems (ZenQMS, Veeva, etc.). Minimum 3–5 years of quality biopharma experience. Familiarity with standard software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to work within a multifunctional team. Ability to work with documents, including pushing carts to transport batch records and large document/binder sets.
