Senior Civil Litigation Attorney
A growing Idaho law firm is hiring a Senior Civil Litigation Attorney to join its business litigation practice. The position handles a mix of plaintiff and defense matters, including business, contract, construction defect, and employment disputes. Candidates with transferable trial experience—such as prosecutors or personal injury litigators—are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation cases from intake through resolution or trial.
- Conduct court appearances, depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Guide and mentor junior associates and support staff.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in civil litigation with substantial, direct courtroom experience.
- Licensure: Active Idaho bar license (or eligible for immediate admission).
- Work Setting: Ability to work full-time in-office.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (negotiable with portable business).
- Low Billable Requirement.
- Bonus: Quarterly performance bonuses available.
