Project Manager – Commercial PlumbingA growing commercial plumbing contractor is seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to support its expanding new construction and tenant improvement division.This role is well-suited for a professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can manage projects from initial pricing through closeout while collaborating closely with field teams, general contractors, and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage awarded projects from kickoff through completionCoordinate project schedules, material procurement, and labor resourcesTrack job costs, labor productivity, and overall project performanceOversee submittals, RFIs, and change order processesParticipate in job site visits and coordination meetingsMaintain clear communication with general contractors, clients, and field teamsEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standardsProject TypesTechnology office tenant improvementsMedical office TI projectsR&D and laboratory environmentsFood service facilitiesEducational facilitiesAutomotive-related projectsCommercial office buildoutsFast-track renovation and interior construction projectsQualifications3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing project managementStrong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and construction processesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExperience managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneouslyProficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, Procore, and project management software (Trimble experience is a plus)Strong organizational and communication skillsCompensation and BenefitsSalary range: $110,000 – $150,000 annually (DOE)Company vehicle or vehicle allowance, gas card, and company phoneComprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance401(k) with company match (50% match up to 4%)Paid time off and paid holidaysAnnual performance reviews with potential compensation adjustments
