Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NICU Respiratory Therapist to support our healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing respiratory therapy to infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This position requires a deep understanding of critical care respiratory procedures tailored to neonates.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy to neonates and infants.
• Perform assessments and manage ventilators, including PB 840 and Draeger vents.
• Deliver surfactant as prescribed and participate in neonatal resuscitation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR (Meditech).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have NICU experience.
• Adult and Level 3 NICU experience is required.
• Valid state Respiratory Therapy license and certification.
