Direct Support Professional: Empowering Independent Living

Residential Direct Support Professionals Residential Supports are designed to serve participants who have transitioned from their homes to live independently with one or two housemates. LLM DSP’s are privileged with providing intensive support that includes bathing, medication administration, cooking, and minimal cleaning. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available. Community Supports Direct Support Professional By becoming a member of the Lord’s Legacy team, you will work with participants in a number of capacities that include helping find employment, joining clubs or groups, improving daily living skills, teaching self-advocacy skills, reaching exercise goals, participating in volunteer work, assisting residents in their homes, etc. Not only does LLM believe each individual in our program is deserving of the opportunity to reach their potential, but we apply the same philosophy to the members of the Lord’s Legacy team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available. Day Training Direct Support Professional By becoming a member of the Lord's Legacy team, you will work with participants in a group setting. You will come alongside participants to teach daily living skills, self-advocacy skills, reach exercise goals, participate in volunteer work in the community, and more. Lord's Legacy offers a variety of schedules that work well with both college students and those who are looking for something consistent.
