We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a real estate property and facilities management team in Midlothian, Virginia on a Contract basis. This role focuses on maintaining accurate accounts payable records, entering invoice information into company systems, and keeping documentation organized for efficient processing. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks, works carefully with numeric data, and can provide general office support as business needs arise.

Responsibilities:
• Enter accounts payable invoice details into internal systems with speed and accuracy
• Review incoming payable documents and organize them for timely processing
• Maintain orderly digital and paper filing systems for invoices and related records
• Prepare, sort, and archive accounts payable documentation to support daily operations
• Assist with routine administrative tasks connected to invoice handling and record maintenance
• Provide additional clerical support to the team as needed to help meet departmental priorities• Experience performing high-volume data entry in an administrative or accounting environment
• Working knowledge of accounts payable processes and invoice handling
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy, especially with numeric information
• Ability to use computer-based data entry systems efficiently and reliably
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage filing and document retention tasks
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures consistently
