The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center, handling all administrative and support needs so that customers can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to check everything is ready. Throughout the day you handle customer requests: changing WiFi codes, confirming package arrivals, guiding them to meeting rooms, setting up projectors, managing invoicing, and making sure services are properly charged. You take coffee breaks, sort mail, answer emails, assist with printing, fill out service tickets, and collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events, send e‑invites, create posters, and welcome prospects. You close the day by ensuring the center is tidy and guests are satisfied. About You We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
