Retail Demo Program Manager

Leading the strategy and execution of retail demo programs, the full-time Retail Demo Program Manager will drive consumer engagement and sales performance through collaboration with sales, marketing, and third-party agencies, while overseeing demo representative training and merchandising standards, with the option to work remotely. Key responsibilities Co-manage the national retail demo program and oversee demo representative communication, onboarding, and training Ensure premium brand presentation and merchandising strategy for demo setups, including sourcing and inventory of branded assets Lead execution of key retail demo campaigns, coordinating logistics and managing timelines and documentation Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in retail marketing, field marketing, or demo/sampling programs Experience managing demo programs or retail campaigns preferred Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with sales and operations teams Experience within the CPG, wellness, grocery, or natural products industry preferred Excellent project management and organizational skills
