Your Role as a Nurse Aide: Providing Essential Care As a Nurse Aide at Seneca Place, youll be a vital part of our residents daily lives, responsible for:
Providing direct patient care , including assisting residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) , helping residents maintain their independence.

Monitoring residents conditions closely and reporting any changes promptly and accurately to the nursing staff.

Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

What Were Looking For: We seek compassionate individuals who are eager to contribute to a positive care environment:
Experience in long-term care is preferred , demonstrating a foundational understanding of seniors needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
