Analyst Relations Manager

As an Analyst Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting and executing our global Analyst Relations program. You will help ensure analysts have timely access to the information they need to understand Dynatrace's strategy, products, and market leadership.This highly collaborative role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on organization, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination. You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, Communications, and executive stakeholders to support analyst engagements, maintain operational excellence, and help deliver a world-class analyst experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyst Engagement CoordinationManage the scheduling and logistics of analyst inquiries, briefings, advisory sessions, and other analyst interactions.Coordinate calendars across analysts, executives, product leaders, and subject matter experts.Ensure analyst engagements are organized efficiently and executed professionally.Briefing & Inquiry PreparationDevelop briefing books, background documents, speaker preparation materials, and meeting summaries.Gather and synthesize information from internal stakeholders to prepare executives and spokespersons for analyst interactions.Support the creation and maintenance of analyst-facing presentations and supporting materials.Analyst Intelligence & Database ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date analyst lists, research coverage maps, contact information, relationship history, and engagement records.Track analyst inquiries, briefings, research participation, and coverage across key firms.Manage analyst relations tools, databases, and reporting processes to ensure data quality and visibility.Event & Program SupportSupport analyst engagement activities at company events, conferences, analyst days, and executive programs.Assist with analyst invitations, meeting scheduling, agendas, logistics, briefing preparation, and onsite coordination.Help execute analyst programs at key industry events and Dynatrace-hosted experiences.Operational ExcellenceTrack program metrics and maintain reporting dashboards.Ensure analyst interactions, materials, and activities are documented and accessible.Help disseminate analyst insights to key internal stakeholders across product, marketing, executives, and sales.Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency across the Analyst Relations function.What will help you succeedRequired3+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, Executive Support, or a related field.Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience coordinating senior executive schedules and cross-functional stakeholders.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and database management.PreferredExperience working in enterprise software, technology, SaaS, or B2B marketing environments.Familiarity with industry analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and 451 Research.Experience supporting executive briefing programs, corporate events, or customer/analyst engagements.Knowledge of analyst relations best practices and experience working in ARchitect.Working knowledge of using enterprise AI tools a plus.Why you will love being a DynatracerA one-product software company creating real value for the largest enterprises and millions of end customers globally, striving for a world where software works perfectly.Working with the latest technologies and at the forefront of innovation in tech on scale; but also, in other areas like marketing, design, or research.A team that thinks outside the box, welcomes unconventional ideas, and pushes boundaries.An environment that fosters innovation, enables creative collaboration, and allows you to grow.A globally unique and tailor-made career development program recognizing your potential, promoting your strengths, and supporting you in achieving your career goals.A truly international mindset with Dynatracers from different countries & cultures all over the world, and English as the corporate language that connects us allA culture that is being shaped by the diverse personalities, expertise, and backgrounds of our global team.Compensation and RewardsThe targeted base pay range for this role is $96,000 to 120,000.
