Internship / Position Summary: The Technical Consultant Intern will assist the Technical Consultants department in various customer projects and support routine operations involving various Mobile Network Operator, OEMs and eSim products. Duties & Responsibilities: Help with TC team Projects, CRs etc Data Collection and processing in meaningful reports Supporting G+D Cloud products management and enhancement of documentation Basic troubleshooting on customer projects under TC observation. Add features/enhance to G+D IoT Device code for customers. Develop requirements documents and specifications for software applications Help to migrate and maintain documentation in Confluence – Product config, Customer Data Other projects as assigned Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may be changed or assigned at any time with or without notice. Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Current college students accepted in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (but not yet completed). Prefer major in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or software engineering. Prefer 2 years of study completed. Knowledge of programming languages. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA is a plus. Good written and verbal communications skills. Ability to take initiative and work independently, ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Working towards a Bachelors degree in: Computer science or electrical engineering The pay for this position is $20/hr.
