Shift Leader Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per Hour (Based on Experience) Job Type: Full-Time Location: On-Site Lead With Us at Zaxby's We're looking for reliable, energetic leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy developing team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and helping restaurant operations run smoothly. As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in leading shifts, supporting your team, and setting the standard for success.
