About The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Growth & Business Analytics to turn business data into clear growth and monetization strategies, as well as measurable results. You’ll lead the analytical work across the customer and revenue lifecycle, identify opportunities to drive active customer growth, engagement, and retention. You will partner with teams across Wonder to put those insights into action. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and commercial judgment with the ability to influence stakeholders, lead projects, and communicate complex findings in a simple and compelling manner. The Impact You Will Make Key Responsibilities Partner with the Growth (Category Management, Pricing, Marketing, Consumer Product) and Finance teams to develop a deep understanding of our business strategy, goals, products, and critical business questions to answer Identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend actions to improve results Lead analyses of customer acquisition, funnel performance, retention, churn, pricing and lifetime value Build and maintain forecasts, performance dashboards, and reporting frameworks for key business metrics Support quarterly and annual planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives with rigorous analysis Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth Present findings to stakeholders, clearly translating data into strategic business decisions The Way You Work You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where agility and action are key. You have strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations You have excellent communications and collaboration skills, with experience managing both internal stakeholders and external partners What You Bring To The Table 10+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture Strong proficiency in SQL, working with structured and unstructured data sets, with the ability to write complex queries Highly proficient working with data visualization tools and manipulating data sets in Looker and Amplitude and other platforms to report on custom metrics Experience building, implementing, and maintaining data processes and a marketing analytics roadmap Bachelor’s degree required in related field. As a matter of company policy, Wonder does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status for this role. Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you. New York: $193,500-$213,500 per year. Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
