Invivo/Invitro Research Associate

This role focuses on musculoskeletal biology, cell culture, and advanced molecular techniques. You’ll play a key role in optimizing laboratory workflows, processing preclinical samples, and supporting innovative therapeutic programs. This opportunity allows you to expand your expertise in tissue handling, histology, spatial transcriptomics, multi-omics assays, and next-generation sequencing. The work you do will directly contribute to the success of high-impact research projects and the advancement of transformative therapies. Compensation: Up to $45/hr, depending on experience Key Responsibilities Isolate and culture primary cells and cell lines (e.g., fibroblasts, myoblasts, satellite cells from human and mouse models). Conduct ASO screening, RNA isolation, sectioning, staining, immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and spatial transcriptomic studies. Prepare and analyze RNA, DNA, and protein samples for downstream assays. Support preclinical in vivo studies through sample collection and processing from animal models. Work with FFPE samples, including tissue sectioning and preparation. Utilize fluorescence microscopy to capture and analyze results. Maintain accurate and thorough electronic lab documentation. Present findings and insights to R&D teams and leadership. Qualifications Degree in molecular biology, cellular biology, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required). Proven experience in primary cell culture and differentiation. Familiarity with next-generation sequencing workflows (RNA-seq, single-cell sequencing). Strong skills in histology, immunohistochemistry, and related assays. Experience in RNA biology or fibrosis research is highly desirable. Strong communication and data presentation skills.
