Experienced Solder Associate

Job Summary Adecco is actively seeking solder associates with previous experience. They must solder at least Class 3 under IPC-610. Pay is dependent on previous experience. This role is for a leading company in electronics manufacturing. Responsibilities Operate soldering equipment and tools and other duties as assigned by the lead. Perform soldering of electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using various soldering techniques. Check that all thru‑hole components are present and seated properly on the PCB. Use documentation provided and understand materials supplied by process engineering to perform the job. Ensure all equipment is running properly and safely on a daily basis and immediately notify the lead of any malfunction. Perform preventative maintenance and document it per “Good Documentation Practices Procedure” on the proper logs. Maintain a clean work area. Meet the quality standard set by the company’s mission and commitment statement. Physical Demands and Activity Use of hands and tools to properly perform the job. Lift a minimum of 40 pounds. Additional Functions Will be required to take all appropriate training classes as assigned. Willingness to cross‑train into other departments. Qualifications Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident. Must have the ability to work efficiently and work well in a team environment. Must be punctual and have good attendance. Minimum high school diploma or GED. Experience with machine operation and ability to read, write, and understand English. Must be detail oriented. Class II or Class III solder certification. Knowledge of various electronic components. Proficiency in soldering tools and equipment. 2–3 years of proven soldering experience for intermediate solder associate, or 5+ years for expert solder associate. Pay & Benefits Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour.
