Qualifications

• Preferred experience in restaurant, food-service, hospitality, or leadership roles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills
• Positive, humble, dependable leadership style focused on team success
• Ability to coach and hold others accountable respectfully
• Strong attention to detail in food quality, safety, and guest service
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and move for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House or Back of House shifts with clear expectations and active presence
• Prepare for shifts by reviewing staffing and operational priorities
• Coach and support Team Members with respectful, real-time feedback
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest service
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Promote a positive, accountable, and respectful team culture

Front of House Focus

• Support drive-thru, front counter, dining, and carry-out operations
• Ensure order accuracy and speed of service
• Coach Team Members on warm, attentive guest interactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Identify and resolve service bottlenecks efficiently

Back of House Focus

• Lead kitchen production and flow during all meal periods
• Support breading, fryers, assembly, prep, and sanitation tasks
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Coach Team Members on kitchen safety and equipment use
• Create a safe, organized kitchen environment

Training and Development

• Receive structured training and hands-on coaching to build leadership skills
• Develop expertise in deployment, coaching, guest recovery, and problem-solving
• Grow with clear expectations and support for advancing into higher leadership roles
