Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Texas SLP License (TDLR) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Open to Clinical Fellows Skills & Experience Knowledge of assessment tools, therapy strategies, and behavior management Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines 1+ year of supervised clinical experience Responsibilities Evaluate and provide therapy for students with speech/language disorders Develop and implement IEP goals and track student progress Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with teachers and parents Provide training to school staff on communication strategies Maintain records and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines Supervise SLP assistants when assigned Work Environment School-based setting with occasional travel Requires standing, sitting, and occasional lifting (up to 45 lbs.) Must handle interruptions and maintain emotional control under stress. Total hours may vary (Approx. 40 hours).
