Cleaning Staff Position

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded individual to join our team as Cleaning Staff. You will be responsible for keeping cabins, bathrooms, common areas, and other facilities clean, organized, and in excellent condition, ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect cabins, bathrooms, showers, and laundry areas.
• Make beds and restock linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect assigned areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report when more need to be ordered.
• Report any damage, necessary repairs, or maintenance issues.
• Keep common areas, offices, and recreational zones clean.
• Adhere to established safety and hygiene procedures.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests when necessary.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning hotels, camps, tourist complexes, or cleaning services is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Responsible, punctual, and good attitude.
• Good communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stretch throughout the workday.
• Lift and transport up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Work both indoors and outdoors under different weather conditions.
• Perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
