Salary: $15.91 - $17.91 an hour with opportunities for continued advancement.

Job Summary:

* Inbound Calls no sales calls or cold calling

Pre-Sales Assistance:

• Answer questions about products from our catalogs and help screens
• Enter orders - sample swatches, quotes, new orders

Post-Sales Assistance:

• Status updates/order tracking
• Troubleshooting using available guides
• Enter orders parts, repair, remakes
• Issue credits

Requirements

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma required

Skills/Training:

• Good communication skills (written, oral, listening, approachable)
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Good analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Multitasking skills
• Reliability

All CS agents have an ongoing success coach to aide in understanding performance and career path opportunities for continued growth/advancement.

Physical Requirements:

Work conditions are normal for an office environment; hours for this role are 11:30 am - 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday
