Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) – Assisted Living / Memory Care

Location: Marquette Senior Living

Pay Range: $19.00 – $23.37 per hour (pay is based on experience)

Shift: The selected candidate will be scheduled to work a mix of day and evening shifts.

Position Summary

As a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in Assisted Living or Memory Care, you will support licensed nursing staff by delivering safe medication administration and compassionate, resident-centered care. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel respected, comfortable, and well cared for each day.

Key Responsibilities

Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments
Accurately document medication administration and report concerns promptly
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, and safe transfers
Support meal service, hydration, and overall resident comfort
Respond promptly to resident call lights
Maintain clear, timely documentation
Follow direction from the Charge Nurse and nursing leadership

Qualifications

Completion of a state-approved QMA Training Program
Successful completion of the State Board QMA Exam
Active QMA registration on the Indiana State CNA Registry
Working knowledge of CNA/QMA duties and ADL support
