Associate Clinical Specialist - Cardiac Rhythm Management - Chicagoland

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide technical, educational, and operational support for cardiac rhythm management devices and therapies in the Chicagoland territory. The role involves direct customer engagement, device troubleshooting, staff education, and extensive travel to hospital and clinic accounts.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical support including device interrogations, implant assistance, and troubleshooting using field training knowledge
- Manage operational logistics including patient documentation, inventory, equipment maintenance, and coverage coordination
- Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field team members on CRM products, therapies, and clinical solutions
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify customer needs and support purchase order activities
- Maintain current expertise on new CRM products and patient management offerings
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 4+ years healthcare, field sales, or technical work experience
- OR associate's degree plus 2+ years relevant work experience
- OR bachelor's degree in any field
- Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel extensively (approximately 80% of time) within assigned territory
- Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and work 8+ hours daily in clinical settings
- Availability for weekend, holiday, and occasional after-hours coverage
