• \$1/hour for bilingual Spanish speakers
• \$1.50/hour upon completion of FCT Peer Endorsement Certification

Meaningful work that helps families remain safely together and overcome generational trauma What You'll Do Provide peer support services to individuals and families engaged in substance use recovery. Partner with families using the evidence-based FCT model. Collaborate with treatment teams, community partners, and support systems. Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation. Participate in weekly supervision, team meetings, and peer reviews. Provide flexible support, including some evening appointments and participation in an on-call support rotation. Qualifications Required Wisconsin Certified Peer Specialist certification High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to meet LSS driving and insurance requirements Successful completion of background check Preferred Experience working with family systems, trauma, mental health, and/or substance use disorders Bilingual Spanish skills Our Mission At LSS, we believe every person has strengths, resilience, and the ability to succeed.
